5K & speed
It's subzero weather again - good thing I'm not training for a Spring marathon. Today in the gym I worked out on the treadmill, including some speed training (0.25miles at 7:30 pace x 3 repeats). Ran 3.35 miles in total. Finished with 30 reps of abdominal work. Felt good overall - like I worked hard.

Great consistency this week! I bet you are ready to get out and run. I just hate the treadmill.
